Key takeaways
- Entry plans for AI visibility tracking run roughly $29 to $99 a month (about €25 to €95), but they cover only 15 to 50 prompts. Real team budgets land between €200 and €600 a month.
- Very few vendors invoice in euros. KIME bills in EUR, USD, DKK and GBP, and LLM Pulse quotes from €49. Peec AI now lists USD on its own pricing page, so the "€89" figure in many roundups looks stale.
- Dutch buyers should confirm whether a quoted price includes or excludes 21% BTW, and whether the vendor supports reverse-charge invoicing for B2B.
- Compare cost per tracked prompt and what you get beyond monitoring. A cheap tracker that tells you nothing about what to fix can cost more in staff time than a pricier platform.
- Always confirm on the vendor's pricing page. Several third-party roundups disagree with each other, and with the vendors.
Why euro pricing for AI visibility tools is messy
I went looking for a clean answer to "what does an AI visibility platform cost in euros" and did not find one. That is the first finding.
Most vendors in this category are US-built and price in dollars. Roundups then convert those numbers, round them, or copy a figure from an older version of the pricing page. The result is a pile of "€" numbers that look authoritative and are not.
Take Peec AI. Several 2026 roundups quote it at about €89 a month. Its own pricing page now lists Starter at $95, Pro at $245 and Advanced at $495. Someone, somewhere, is quoting last year's price. The same thing shows up with Otterly.AI: the vendor says $29 for Lite, while a European agency roundup lists "from $39".
So for a Dutch team, the practical rule is: treat every euro figure in a blog post as a hint, and treat the vendor's checkout page as the truth.
What the market charges, in one table
The figures below come from vendor pages and the third-party comparisons linked in the sources. Dollar prices are shown as listed. I have not converted them, because exchange rates move and your invoice will use whatever rate your card or bank applies.
| Platform | Entry paid plan | Prompts at entry | Billing currency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Otterly.AI | $29/mo (about $25 annual) | 15 | USD |
| LLM Pulse | €49/mo weekly, €79/mo daily | 50 | EUR |
| KIME | €99/mo (Explorer) | 50 | EUR, USD, DKK, GBP |
| Peec AI | $95/mo (Starter) | 50 | USD |
| Semrush AI Visibility | $99/mo | 25 | USD |
| Profound | $99/mo billed yearly (per KIME's FAQ) | Varies | USD |
| Promptwatch | $95/mo (EUR 85) Essential | 50 | USD or EUR |
| Scrunch AI | $300/mo, or $250 annual | 350 | USD |
| Geoptie | from €99/mo | Varies | EUR |
| SISTRIX | from €100/mo | Varies | EUR |
| WebGlazer | from €159/mo billed yearly | Varies | EUR |
Two notes. First, I did not verify current pricing for Profound, Semrush's AI toolkit, SISTRIX or SE Ranking myself, so read those rows as roundup figures. Second, Promptwatch lists EUR prices directly next to USD, which makes it one of the few where the number you see is the number on the invoice. Confirm at promptwatch.com/pricing.

The Humanswith.AI comparison above is worth a read because it normalises price per tracked prompt. On published plans it runs from €0.66 at LLM Pulse to $3.98 at Semrush. That is a six-fold spread, which matters more than the headline monthly price.
The euro-first options
If you want an invoice in euros without thinking about FX, the shortlist is short.
LLM Pulse
LLM Pulse quotes €49 a month for 50 prompts checked weekly, or €79 a month for daily checks. All five engines are included on every plan. That is the cheapest euro entry point I found, and the lowest price per prompt in the Humanswith.AI comparison.
KIME
KIME starts at €99 a month for 50 prompts, 2 engines and 5 seats. Core is €399 a month for 200 prompts, 3 engines and 10 seats. Billing works in EUR, USD, DKK or GBP, with 5% off quarterly and 15% off annually and no per-seat or per-model fees. The engine count on entry is limited, so check which two you get.
Promptwatch
Promptwatch lists EUR prices alongside USD: Essential is EUR 85 a month (50 prompts, all AI models, site audit, content gap analysis), Professional is EUR 205 (150 prompts, 5 AEO articles, Knowledge Base), and Business is EUR 499 (350 prompts, the automated Content Agent, state and city tracking). Annual billing gives twelve months for the price of ten, and the monthly Essential and Professional plans have a 7-day free trial. Where it differs from pure trackers is the action side: crawler logs, visitor analytics and a Content Agent that publishes to WordPress, Webflow or Framer.

Peec AI
Peec is popular with European agencies. All plans include unlimited users, languages and competitors, with daily tracking on every non-Enterprise plan. Just do not budget on the old €89 figure. Starter is $95 for 50 prompts and 3 models in 1 country; Pro is $245 for 150 prompts across 3 countries.
Dollar-priced tools Dutch teams still use
Otterly.AI
Lite is $29 a month for 15 prompts, Standard is $189 for 100, and Premium is $489 for 400. Annual billing brings those to about $25, $160 and $422. Watch the gap between tiers. Lite plus the 100-prompt add-on ($99, so $128 total) costs almost as much as Standard at $189, and Standard includes more. Claude, AI Mode and Gemini are priced as add-ons per plan, so the sticker price excludes engines you may care about.

Semrush AI Visibility
Starts at $99 for 25 prompts. A comparison on Otterly's own site (biased, so salt accordingly) puts about 100 prompts at $219 against Otterly's $189. The appeal is staying inside a suite you already pay for.
Scrunch AI and Profound
Scrunch starts at $300 monthly or $250 billed annually for three users and 350 prompts. Profound is positioned at enterprise, and KIME's FAQ puts an entry plan at $99 a month billed yearly. Neither is cheap once you scale prompts, so treat them as procurement conversations.

The Dutch-specific costs nobody quotes
BTW (21% VAT)
I did not verify this in vendor documentation, so check each checkout. Quotes in roundups almost never say whether they include BTW. If you are a Dutch company buying from a US vendor, you will typically get a price excluding VAT and either pay Dutch BTW through reverse charge or via the vendor's VAT handling. Ask whether the vendor supports reverse-charge invoicing with your BTW number. For a €499 plan, the difference between 'excl.' and 'incl.' 21% is about €105 a month.
FX and card fees
Paying $495 a month on a Dutch company card means a conversion margin every month. On an annual plan that adds up to a number your finance team will eventually ask about. A euro-billed plan removes the line item.
Prompt count, language and country
Dutch prompts and Dutch AI answers differ from English ones. If you need nl-NL and nl-BE, or Dutch alongside English and German, confirm that the plan lets you track multiple countries and languages without surcharges. Peec's Starter covers one country; Pro covers three. Promptwatch includes country tracking on every paid plan and state or city tracking from Business. I found no vendor publishing Dutch-specific coverage details, so test with a trial.
Fan-outs change how many prompts you need
Promptwatch Data's ChatGPT query fanouts report shows ChatGPT averaging about 2.15 web searches per response in early December and about 1.84 by early March, with average fanout query length falling from roughly 117 characters to about 53 by April. That affects budgeting indirectly: the prompts you track are not the searches the model runs, so a 15-prompt plan covers far less ground than it sounds.
Realistic monthly budgets
Here is how I would size it for a Dutch team, based on the published prices.
| Team type | Prompts needed | Realistic spend | Likely fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo or small business testing the channel | 15 to 50 | €25 to €95 | Otterly Lite, LLM Pulse, KIME Explorer, Promptwatch Essential |
| In-house marketing team | 100 to 200 | €200 to €400 | Peec Pro, Otterly Standard, KIME Core, Promptwatch Professional |
| Scale-up with several markets | 350+ | €400 to €600 | Peec Advanced, Promptwatch Business, Scrunch |
| Agency with many clients | Per client | €170 to €685 | Promptwatch agency plans, Peec agency pricing, Otterly agency partner |
Promptwatch's agency tiers are Kick-off at EUR 170, Growth at EUR 343 and Scale at EUR 685, with unlimited projects and prompts on all of them. Peec and Otterly also run separate agency pricing.
Monitoring-only versus doing something about it
The cheap end of the market sells measurement. If you already have an editorial team and technical SEO capacity, that can be enough. If you do not, a tracker mostly tells you that you are invisible, and the work of fixing it lands on someone's desk.
That is where the numbers in the table stop being comparable. A tool with crawler logs, content gap analysis and content generation replaces some of what you would otherwise pay a freelancer or agency. Managed AI visibility services, by contrast, run roughly $1,500 to $2,500 a month for fully managed packages, with a broader market from $500 to $3,000, per a Marketers Media cost breakdown. A platform at €200 to €500 that does part of that work is a different category from a €49 tracker.
If you want more options in the category, the GEO software directory at bestgeosoftware.com lists far more tools than this guide can cover.
A short checklist before you pay
- Check the currency on the checkout page, not the blog post.
- Ask whether the price excludes BTW and whether reverse charge applies.
- Divide the monthly price by prompts and by engines to get a real unit cost.
- Find out which engines are in the entry plan. Some tools put Claude, Gemini or AI Mode behind add-ons.
- Confirm country and language limits for the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Take the annual discount only after a monthly trial. Discounts run from about 15% to 17%.
- Check if the tool monitors real interfaces or API outputs. They can differ.
What I would do
Start with a free trial or a free scan on two tools, one cheap euro-billed tracker and one platform with an action layer. Run the same 30 Dutch and English prompts through both for two weeks. Then pick the one where you can name the next three things to fix. That, not the sticker price, is what you are buying.

For the compliance side, the 3RD guide above covers EU hosting, GDPR and the AI Act for European buyers. Prices there start from €99 a month, with any market available from its Pro plan at €299.
Sources and caveats
Prices come from vendor pricing pages and the roundups by Humanswith.AI (checked October 13, 2026), KIME, 3RD and WebGlazer. These roundups come from vendors with a stake in the comparison, and some disagree with each other. I could not verify current pricing for Profound, Scrunch, Semrush's AI toolkit, SISTRIX or SE Ranking directly, and I found no data on what Dutch teams specifically pay. Treat the numbers as a starting range and confirm every one before you buy.
